International Commerce Center I

International Commerce Center is currently delivered and operational. The industrial facility is located within the International Logistics Park, approximately 18 miles from the North Carolina State Port of Wilmington.  This building is designed to maximize the flexibility of uses.  The International Logistics Park (ILP) is a certified Mega Site by the North Carolina Department of Commerce and is located on Future Interstate 74 in Brunswick and Columbus Counties.  Containing over 1,000 developable acres, ILP is eligible for Tier 1 incentives and is situated in a Qualified Opportunity Zone.    All Utilities are available to the site, including water, sewer, electricity, and fiber optic.  ILP provides excellent highway access directly from Future Interstate 74 with outstanding transportation linkages to Interstate I-95 and I-40.  The site is zoned Industrial General (IG), which allows “by right approval” for most heavy industrial uses. International Commerce Center will be expanded by 133,920, with drawings in development and materials and scheduling in a queue. International Commerce Center is within Phase I of the development of The International Logistics Park. Phase I of the Park includes four (4) approved lots that will support 1.2 million SF.
