The International Logistics Park of North Carolina (ILP) is a certified mega-site strategically located along U.S. Highway 74/76, approximately 18 miles from the Port of Wilmington and 12 miles from Wilmington International Airport (ILM). Spanning 1,040 acres, the site is shovel-ready and designed to support large-scale industrial operations.
Certified Mega-site Status
As a North Carolina Department of Commerce Certified Mega-site, ILP has undergone rigorous pre-qualification processes, including environmental audits, geotechnical studies, and engineered site development plans. This certification ensures reduced risk and faster project timelines for prospective businesses.

Water and Wastewater Services:
ILP is equipped with water and wastewater services. Brunswick County provides sewer service and Columbus County provides water service to The Park. Columbus County water system is inner connected with the Brunswick County water system at the entrance of ILP, ensuring a high-volume reliable delivery system, with a backup system if needed.
Natural Gas:
A 20” Natural Gas line owned by Piedmont Natural Gas is located directly across US 74/76 highway that services Duke Energy’s new 625-megawatt combined-cycle natural gas facility located near the Cape Fear River. Piedmont Natural Gas has committed to provide natural gas service from that line to service the planned Epsilon Battery Manufacturing facility, directly adjacent to ILP. Given the proximity and collaborative economic development efforts, it's anticipated that similar services will be extended to ILP to satisfy a prospective high-demand user.Electricity:

Zoning & Development
ILP is zoned Industrial General (IG), allowing most industrial uses by right, with some uses requiring limitations or Special Use Permits (see Uses by Right tab). Permitted uses by right qualify for expedited project site plan approval, typically within 45 days.
The ILP is supported by multiple economic development organizations including Brunswick County Economic Development (BrunswickBID), North Carolina Economic Development Partnership (EDPNC), North Carolina's Southeast, and Columbus County Economic Development. These groups provide site selection assistance, business development support, and workforce recruitment services.
