The International Logistics Park of North Carolina (ILP) is a certified mega-site strategically located along U.S. Highway 74/76, approximately 18 miles from the Port of Wilmington and 12 miles from Wilmington International Airport (ILM). Spanning 1,040 acres, the site is shovel-ready and designed to support large-scale industrial operations.

Certified Mega-site Status

As a North Carolina Department of Commerce Certified Mega-site, ILP has undergone rigorous pre-qualification processes, including environmental audits, geotechnical studies, and engineered site development plans. This certification ensures reduced risk and faster project timelines for prospective businesses.

      Natural Gas:
A 20” Natural Gas line owned by Piedmont Natural Gas is located directly across US 74/76 highway that services Duke Energy’s new 625-megawatt combined-cycle natural gas facility located near the Cape Fear River.  Piedmont Natural Gas has committed to provide natural gas service from that line to service the planned Epsilon Battery Manufacturing facility, directly adjacent to ILP. Given the proximity and collaborative economic development efforts, it's anticipated that similar services will be extended to ILP to satisfy a prospective high-demand user.

      Electricity:
Duke Energy is committed to delivering clean, reliable, and uninterrupted power to North Brunswick County Industrial Park. With a robust distribution infrastructure and the Brunswick Nuclear Plant’s carbon-free generation, Duke ensures stable energy for high-demand users like data centers. Strategic grid upgrades and partnerships with industry leaders enhance capacity and sustainability.
